Face painting

This is the art of painting small designs on Children's faces using theatrical makeup. This is very popular for children's Birthday parties and festivals. Often the artist will have examples of their work on boards. This is similar to Tattoo artist “Flash”. the artist has to be very skilled in painting odd requests. However there are popular designs.

Kevin’s Definition
I avoid face painting as much as I can. When I do have to do face painting for kids parties (most of the time my own Daughters party and by her request ... I can’t say no when she does that pout face) I removed anything that my point to my other artwork , Business cards , or anything that may indicate that I paint on nude people. I feel that even though my artwork is just that Artwork .. Kids have no place looking at it .
