NOTE:   

All prices are estimated for an “average” design.  Especially intricate designs requiring prosthetics, glitter, multiple layers, etc.  will incur higher fees - this may apply to LOGOS.  HAIR STYLES are NOT included and are the responsibility of the client.  For special needs a fashion stylist may be hired at additional costs.

Prices are rated as a “per model” basis, assuming that the model is provided.  The Painted Body does have a list of preferred models and is happy to arrange one for your event, but additional model fees will be incurred and vary according to event and model.

Prices are based on an event that can be reached via public transport in the greater Sydney area.  If an event is out of area or requires a van hire for backdrop, travel fees will apply.

For integration or accent work requiring backdrops, The Painted Body retains ownership of the backdrop post event, unless other arrangements are specified at an additional fee.

BOOKING and FEES:  

BOOK EARLY! 10 to 14 days notice is required to book most events.  Bookings must be confirmed by deposit - no later than 7 days prior to event. Booking Fee.  ARTIST WILL NOT SCHEDULE EVENT WITHOUT BOOKING FEE!  Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE minimum $100 up to 20% of event quote, applicable toward balance.  Refund ONLY in the event of ARTIST cancellation.

DEFINITIONS:

Full Body:  Full coverage of a total (or g-string) nude model not to exceed 2 hours of painting time.

Semi-full:  Full body art but working around minimal clothing with only partial coverage design (swimsuit modeling with accent designs for example) maximum 90 minutes painting time.

Partial:    Art is placed around normal clothing in one specified area (such as face masks, or back art on exposed cocktail dress) painting time from 20 to 45 minutes

Large Canvas: 1.70m x 1.2m 

Medium Canvas: 1.2m x 1.0m

Small Canvas: .46m x .92m or any canvas smaller than .5 square meters
